Downeast Clambake!!!

Make plans to join us for an optional Downeast Clambake on Thursday, June 26th at 4:30 p.m. at Fosters Downeast Clambake in York.

This 4:30-7:00 event will include delicious Maine cuisine, music and even some Downeast humor.

The clambake features prize-winning chowder, cultivated mussels, freshly-dug steamed clams, one 1-1/8 lb. Maine lobster, fresh corn on the cob, roasted red bliss potatoes, roasted onions, rolls, hot drawn butter, and Maine blueberry crumb cake. A barbecued half chicken or eggplant parmesan may be substituted for the lobster, upon request.

The fully inclusive price of the Clambake is $30 per person. Reservations and payment will be taken on Tuesday during the Summer Institute Check-in and Breakfast session.
